Compact Constrict

The Los Angeles City College parking lot's regular-sized spaces should be marked "compact" and the smaller ones should be marked "clown cars." Really, what's the point of being able to fit your small car into a compact space if there's is no reasonable hope for you to be able to get back into it once cars park on either side of you ?
